Centuray Zhou Chaimei Qianwan Guangcai Foundation
Foundation Introduction
The CENTURY ZHOU CHAIMEI TEM MILLION GUANGCAI FOUNDATION was officially established on November 25, 2019, with the approval of the Changzhou Municipal Guangcai Business Promotion Association. It is a charitable foundation supervised by the Municipal Guangcai Association.
The foundation was initiated by Centuray Technology Co., Ltd., with an initial fund of 10 million RMB. The Zhou Chaimei Charitable Foundation will promote the development of social welfare through standardized management and contribute to a harmonious society.
To better fulfill its corporate social responsibility and establish a long-term and stable mechanism for charitable funding, Centuray pledges to contribute a certain amount of funds to the foundation every year. This funding constitutes the main source of funds for the Zhou Chaimei Guangcai Charity Foundation.
Assuming its due social responsibility is the mission of the Zhou Chaimei Guangcai Charity Foundation. The foundation’s purpose is to foster a philanthropic atmosphere, fulfill social responsibilities, and support the education and healthy development of children in impoverished areas. Key areas of support include: improving teaching environments in various regions, especially impoverished areas; building new school libraries and reading rooms; and supporting development in impoverished regions.
Organizational Structure
The organizational structure of the Zhou Chaimei Charitable Foundation consists of two parts: the Board of Directors and the Secretariat.
The Board of Directors assumes decision-making functions, reviewing and approving major matters such as the foundation’s strategic planning, annual plans, and budget through regular board meetings convened and chaired by the Board. The Board has established a Project Review Committee, composed of members of the Centuray management team, which reports to the Board and is responsible for the approval and quality control of the foundation’s projects.
The Secretariat is the executive body of the foundation, headed by the Secretary-General, who is elected by the Board of Directors from among its members and is responsible for the daily operations of the Secretariat. The Secretariat comprises administrative, project, and finance departments. The foundation also has one supervisor. The supervisor, in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the articles of association, examines the foundation’s financial and accounting records and supervises the Board of Directors’ compliance with laws and the articles of association.

Centuray Ruizhou Chaimei Education Fund
To actively promote a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education, and to facilitate the high-quality development of education in Changzhou City, Centuray Technology Co., Ltd. has donated RMB 10 million (RMB 2 million annually from 2021 to 2025) to the Changzhou Education Development Foundation to establish the “Centuray Education Fund.” The fund was officially established on December 25, 2021, and is managed by the Changzhou Education Development Foundation, operating under its guidance and supervision, and also subject to the supervision and management of relevant government departments.
The funds from the Centuray Zhou Chaimei Education Foundation are primarily used for: Centuray School quality improvement projects, Centuray vocational education elite talent scholarship and assistance programs, Centuray school infrastructure construction projects, and Centuray sports development flagship projects.
The CenturayEducation Fund Management Committee is composed of representatives from the Changzhou Municipal Education Bureau, Centuray Technology Co., Ltd., the Changzhou Education Development Foundation, and relevant project schools. It consists of one chairman, two vice-chairmen, and several members.

Fan Mingwu & Jin Liangzan Joint Education Fund
The “Fan Mingwu & Jin Liangzan Joint Fund” was officially established and signed into agreement at Huazhong University of Science and Technology on June 4, 2022. Academician Fan Mingwu and his wife donated one million RMB, and President Jin Liangzan and his wife donated five million RMB.
This fund will support the research work of the Institute of Applied Electromagnetic Engineering at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, focusing on building an innovative platform integrating industry, academia, research, and application. Both parties will jointly explore future application scenarios, plan research areas, and continuously invest in talent development through in-depth cooperation. The goal is to empower the future with talent and technology, achieve breakthroughs in key core technologies, especially in industries and fields such as copper and copper alloy materials, polymer materials, and high-end equipment, thereby assisting in industrial upgrading and opening up new frontiers for the future.
The Joint Foundation has established a supreme governing body—the Management Committee—responsible for matters such as fundraising, setting up funding projects, reviewing the distribution process, auditing the use of funds, and reporting.

Southwest Jiaotong University & Centuray Scholarship
The “Southwest Jiaotong University & Centuray Scholarship” was officially established and signed into agreement at Southwest Jiaotong University on November 11, 2022.
This is not only a new bond that opens up connections between us, but also a new path that fosters continuous interaction between technological innovation and industrial upgrading, allowing both sides to embark on a comprehensive and in-depth path of innovative development in numerous fields such as talent cultivation, scientific research applications, and key technology breakthroughs.
Southwest Jiaotong University and Centuray will continuously deepen their cooperation, taking the signing of the school-enterprise cooperation and scholarship agreement as an opportunity, and work together to embark on a new journey in talent cultivation and innovative research and development in the field of rail transit.
