Job Responsibilities
- 1.Based on the needs of the company and the department, be responsible for drafting and monitoring quality control policies and procedures to ensure that quality control activities are conducted in a standardized manner.
- 2.Upon receiving feedback on quality issues, address them immediately. For more significant quality issues, promptly convene a quality analysis meeting and prepare a quality analysis report to ensure steady improvement in product quality.
- 3.Develop inspection procedures based on product drawings, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation to ensure that quality inspection activities are conducted in a standardized manner.
- 4. Supervise foremen and inspectors to conduct inspections in accordance with the requirements of the inspection procedures, ensuring the reliability of the inspection results.
- 5. Oversee and coordinate third-party random inspections of products and follow up on the receipt of test reports.
- 6. - 1) Responsible for the design, optimization, and technical improvement of cable accessories (such as connectors, terminals, and insulating materials).
- 2) Participate in the research and development of new products, formulate technical solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards (such as IEEE, IEC, GB, etc.).
- 2. Technical Support and Services
- 1) Provide customers with cable accessory selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting services to resolve on-site technical problems.
- 2) Write technical documentation (installation manuals, user guides, FAQs, etc.).
- 3. Project Coordination and Execution

High-Voltage Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- 1.High-Voltage Test Planning and Management: Develop standard high-voltage test plans and tiered test procedures for products based on their voltage rating, structure, and application scenarios; clearly define test objectives, conditions, parameters, test fixtures, acceptance criteria, and record templates. Produce standardized test reports and documentation packages to support product certification, qualification reviews, and customer audits.
- 2.Management of high-voltage test fixtures: Collaborate with suppliers, the Equipment Department, and other relevant parties to participate in the development, debugging, and acceptance of automated high-voltage test fixtures, and continuously improve test efficiency, consistency, and safety.
- 3. Anomaly Handling and Continuous Improvement: Rapidly identify and analyze test anomalies using methods such as the 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and FMEA to develop and track corrective and preventive actions.
- 4.Capacity Building and Talent Development: Mentor new hires, conduct training on high-voltage safety and testing skills, and enhance the team’s overall testing capabilities.
Professional Qualifications, Work Experience, and Skills Requirements
- 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as cables, cable accessories, electrical engineering and automation, or high-voltage and insulation technology;
- 2.3 years or more of work experience in the cable, cable accessories, or electrical engineering accessories industry;
- 3.Hold a high-voltage electrician's license.
