Company Profile

Centuray is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research and development and application of basic materials, providing perfect system solutions for the (green) energy and (intelligent) transportation sectors. Headquartered in Changzhou Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, it has two production bases spanning the Yangtze River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, with a total land area of approximately 220,000 square meters and a total building area of approximately 180,000 square meters. From Shanghai to Wuhan, from Hong Kong to Beijing, Centuray is rooted in China and faces the world, with its industries spanning Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and other parts of the world. Inheriting German expertise, we independently research and manufacture products such as railway contact wire, medium and high-voltage power cables and cable accessories, rail transit testing equipment, intelligent electrical products, and new energy connectors.

Centuray focuses on green, energy-saving, intelligent, and safe solutions, comprehensively developing four major business segments: rail transit, operation and maintenance services and technologies, cable accessories and solutions, and performance materials and technologies. Behind China’s high-speed rail network, which spans over 40,000 kilometers, Centuray’s presence is almost ubiquitous, providing products and solutions to ensure its smooth operation. During the rapid growth of China’s high-speed rail and urban subway networks, we have created and achieved numerous firsts: providing contact wire for China’s first urban light rail line—the Shanghai Pearl Line; supplying our railway products to the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, the longest high-speed rail line in China; and providing our high-quality products to the Harbin-Dalian High-Speed Railway, China’s first high-speed rail line operating in extremely cold conditions. Centuray remains committed to supporting the significant development of rail transit.

We have supplied over 15,000 kilometers of various high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage cables and cable accessories to the State Grid Corporation of China, provincial power grids, and railway systems. While maintaining our domestic market share, we have actively expanded into international markets. We have participated in the construction of important national key projects, including the Vietnamese national power grid, the Singapore artificial island power project, the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) in France, the OGC natural gas project in Australia, and high-voltage cable projects for the national power grids of Argentina and Panama. In the current era of achieving carbon neutrality, we continue to focus on research and development in smart transportation and green energy, further expanding the application of our copper and copper alloy materials in the new energy sector. This helps facilitate the industry’s energy transition and extends our technological advantages in copper and copper alloys to important “dual carbon” fields such as new energy vehicles, energy storage, photovoltaics, robotics, military industry, aerospace, and 5G communications.

We adhere to a “three-pronged” development philosophy: research and innovation, global services, and mergers and acquisitions. We consistently uphold three core business principles: green development, high-quality development, and compliant development. We actively respond to the national dual-carbon policy, proactively plan our energy system, achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, and implement carbon neutrality. We continuously invest in research and development, using disruptive innovative technologies to lead technological transformation that prioritizes safety, convenience, and comfort, and continuously provide comprehensive solutions for our customers.
